TechMaine will continue to serve the community we were founded upon –software developers – but the industry and our membership have changed dramatically since we were founded in 1992. Our new name allows us to acknowledge all of the technology professionals who are part of this association: people who have built companies that create technologies beyond software, those who are responsible for using technology to enable success within their companies, and those in new and emerging fields. for more info

Announcing the 2008 Winners View the 2008 Celebration Photos The Technology Awards Gala showcases the progress and recognizes the accomplishments and significant contributions of Maine's Technology Sectors over the past year and presents awards to Maine's most innovative technology companies.

Maine Fund of Funds Maine needs additional financing vehicles to attract new companies and ideas and to fund and retain our current entrepreneurs. Please spend a few minutes of your time to learn about and support an exciting new initiative for Maine's economy. The Maine Fund of Funds is designed to bring $80,000,000 to support high-growth firms. We worked hard within the past year to bring together our state legislators and government executives with venture capital partners and other successful Fund-of-Funds managers to develop legislation for Maine. This is complex legislation that involves some risk, but much potential reward. We're not ready to give up -- we believe this is a good idea for Maine, and will work with our legislators and the governor in the next session to make the Fund of Funds a reality in our state.
