 Technology Association of Maine – “TechMaine” – is New Name for MESDAMESDA changes its name to reflect the changes in the technology landscape, growing association membership, and new association activities. TechMaine will continue to serve the community we were founded upon –software developers – but the industry and our membership have changed dramatically since we were founded in 1992. Our new name allows us to acknowledge all of the technology professionals who are part of this association: people who have built companies that create technologies beyond software, those who are responsible for using technology to enable success within their companies, and those in new and emerging fields. for more info

Maine needs additional financing vehicles to attract new companies and ideas and to fund and retain our current entrepreneurs. Please spend a few minutes of your time to learn about and support an exciting new initiative for Maine's economy. The Maine Fund of Funds is designed to bring $80,000,000 to support high-growth firms. The Legislation has been passed both the Maine House and Senate to be enacted!! It now moves to the Governor for his signature. LD 2320 isn't "law" yet, but we're getting closer! Please let the Governor know that you support this legislation. Are you ready for a Celebration?
