Job Description: 

The IT Customer Service Engineer position interfaces directly with our customers and supports servers, backup solutions, and desktops, utilizing both physical and virtual infrastructures. This position also installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. The ability to track and prioritize workload is essential. The most important attribute for this role is a dedication to customer satisfaction. Some variation in schedule should be expected, due to customer maintenance windows. This position also requires participation in an on-call pager rotation. This position is ideal for a candidate with helpdesk experience who wants to further develop their technical skills and competencies with a company offering lots of growth potential.
