Burgess Technology Services is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our growing team of 20 IT Professionals. Responsibilities include remote support for multiple cusomter with widely varying technical needs. Working with the latest cloud and on-premise technologies to imporve client systems, you would be exposed to new and interesting solutions regularly. Burgess Technology Services uses advanced monitoring and system management tools to help our staff work efficiently and effectively in a collaborative work environment.

Excellent communicatin skills and customer service skills are of critical importance. Help Desk Technician candidates should have experience with all versions of Microsoft Windows Server, Small Business Server, Exchange Server, VMware ESXi, Cisco, Routing, VPN's, and desktop operating systems. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Experience dealing with multiple customer in a help desk environment is preferred. Network+ and MCP/MCSA/MCSE certifications are also preferred.
